PASTOR Rev. Carol Devine

Rev. Carol has been the Senior Minister at Providence since April 2012. She has been married to her husband, John-Mark Hack, for 28 years and has 3 young adult children (Benjamin, Elijah and Sarah). Carol is active in Jessamine County Ministerial Association and serves as Treasurer. She participated in Leadership Jessamine County in 2016-2017. She helped start the Nicholasville Farmers’ Market. She volunteers at Bridgepointe, a home for Seniors and at the Jessamine County Jail. She is active in the Christian Church in Kentucky, Kentucky Council of Churches and the South Lexington Ecumenical Group. She coordinates creation care (Green Chalice) for our denomination and serves on the board for Creation Justice Ministries. You can listen to a sermon found on the right side of the welcome page.
